If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

You are entitled to cancel you booking  without giving any reason for doing so.

Booking cancellation must be be less than 1 hour. Otherwise charges will be notified

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

For paid booking and valid cancellation the net amount refunded will be available to your wallet

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Booking Cancellation to be eligible , please make sure that:

  • The Booking made shall be within a day and within a period of 1 hour
  • Booking shall be cancel on app and should be process by the assigned provider
  • Cancellation will be upon provider acceptance, if no valid reason from provider you can send us email

The following Booking cannot be refunded:

  • The Booking Service made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The Booking Service which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The Booking Service which are not suitable for refund due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any services that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular Service price may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on promo cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation of Services

You are responsible for the cost and risk of cancellation of service as provided on above reasons.
